Have you recently graduated or about to graduate from software engineering?

FIS Asset Finance is looking for a new member for our graduate program. This 2-year program is designed to provide you with a supportive learning environment as you progress into a challenging career in software engineering. The first 12 months of the program will be working in quality assurance to learn about our product, Ambit Asset Finance. For the second 12 months, you will work in development. This will give you an opportunity to work in an agile team alongside designers, developers, and QA staff. Upon completion of the program you will move into a role of Junior Software Engineer.

Operating in a dynamic and dispersed environment, creating complex software applications will require you to be creative and motivated, with strong problem solving skills, analytical capabilities, and a keen eye for detail.

You may be a graduate or have a couple of years' experience as a quality assurance engineer.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Creating and maintaining automated test scripts
  • Preparing and executing test plans along with all other aspects of software testing
  • Identifying, logging and tracking of software defects
  • Conforming to existing QA Processes and Standards
  • Interpret functional requirements and translate them into test requirements
