PMG Office is the Operating Centre of Excellence for entire Product Management Group across all product offerings and asset classes. The team is responsible for Strategic initiatives, new products, change and transformation projects, Governance and Control, and Business Management. You will be a key member of the team managing critical cross functional initiatives across the Bank. Reporting to the Team Lead for Projects, Change & Transformation within BM, PDD & Strategic Projects pillar, you will be responsible for business management including financial analysis, operating plan, administrative functions and other management support activities within the PMG business area. Also you will support team lead on project management duties.


  • Assist in strategic business planning, preparation of business reports and execution of operating plan for PMG
  • Conduct financial planning and analysis for PMG including tracking of expenses, hires, recruitment, performance, KPIs etc.
  • Take minutes of key management meetings within the function and follow up on completion of tasks assigned to head PMG and direct reports
  • Coordinate and follow up on administrative activities related to general services (e.g. facilities planning, moves etc.)
  • Manage key data reports related to recruitment, KPIs, appraisals, etc.
  • Support senior management with ad hoc presentations for key meetings such as sales forum, off sites etc.
  • Support team lead on BAU and project management duties
  • Represent the department in various cross functional meetings within Bank of Singapore.

  • You are degree qualified with at least 4-8 years' experience; preference will be for candidates with good analytical skills, understanding of business/product matters in banking and with project management skills.
  • You are a driven self-starter who is delivery focused and possess strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.
  • You thrive in a fast paced environment and are able to adapt to various demands in a diverse culture.
  • You are well organized and have initiative. You can work independently.
  • Good MS office, PowerPoint skills is an advantage
