Our new digital banking initiative will focus on creating innovative products and services to integrate banking into our customers' digital lifestyle.

Responsibilities

  • Create Chatbot customer journeys ensuring great customer experience
  • Work on Chatbot accuracy improvement with Kasisto and internal stakeholders
  • Design and regularly review internal and external process flows related to Chatbot
  • Work on the new features, services, products handled by Chatbot (towards EATE objectives)
  • Assist countries to deliver on their Chatbot roadmap and releases
  • Coordinate the governance framework for Chatbot
  • Ensure chatbot integration across all channels
  • Support Call Centre and Ops on their DFNO initiatives
  • Share expertise, industry best practices and leverage on experience from the countries.
  • Support other digital channel’s projects where required.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience


Non-technical Experience

  • A solid understanding of the digital landscape
  • Proven results in online growth initiatives
  • Good understanding of banking products and related processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to instantly connect with people and manage ongoing relationships for positive outcomes
  • A positive attitude in the work is a must
