We are seeking a customer focused, confident and ambitious Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our successful team in Zurich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great organization and play a pivotal part in achieving their overall goals!

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client portfolios, fulfilling or exceeding revenue and retention targets.

Processing clients orders accurately and efficiently
Engaging via telephone and in personal meetings with financial professionals within commercial businesses to understand their business payments needs
Developing proposals for key decision-makers to offer range of appropriate solutions to help the business growth.

Working closely with sales team to ensure seamless support for clients, especially in the clients transitioning.
Ensuring required clients records are up-to-date, reaccreditation documents are received according to plan and clients overdue payments are minimized
Maintaining high level of market knowledge and communicate it to the clients as required
Solve efficiently client issues, provide feedback and ideas for improvement to the Team Leader / Client Group Manager
Working towards specific key performance indicators

What you will need to succeed:

Solid experience gained in a client relationship role
Customer focused individual with strong initiative/drive
General knowledge of financial markets
Strong IT skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving skills along with excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
French and German fluent; verbal and written English
