The role of the PMO (Portfolio / Programme / Project Management Office) is to ensure that we are able to effectively deliver change portfolios, programmes and projects. PMO provides a comprehensive understanding of the change portfolios, as well as objective oversight, scrutiny and challenges of programme and project performance. We ensure consistently strong delivery through the implementation of a robust governance framework and the continuous improvement of processes, tools and techniques. We are looking to recruit an experienced PMO Analyst with proven experience specifically of working in a Change environment and who has relevant PMO experience which can support us in our journey of being the best bank for our customers.

We seek someone who can demonstrate the ability to build trust and strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders; is able to find innovative solutions to problems and takes personal responsibility in their role towards achieving the teams' objectives. Knowledge of CMT would be beneficial.

You will be part of a team of PMO Analysts aligned to a number of projects and whose role is to provide assistance through embedded PMO activities, including quality assurance and supporting delivery to effectively ensure compliance with the divisional governance framework across all delivery activities and generate regular aggregated divisional reports
