Leading Bank seeking to hire an experienced Retail Operations Head. Happy to consider applicants from the wider GCC and locally within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to the GM of Retail in Saudi Arabia, you will own the mid to back office operational processes of the Retail business Kingdom wide. You will look to spearhead automation of processes and give valuable feedback to back office teams and the Digital Bank on Customer Experience and Customer Journey and assist in improving back office processes.
In this role you will:
- Oversee day to day control of the back office operations.
- Help seek continuous improvement & process improvement via automation across operations to drive quality, productivity and efficiency.
- Support the Digital offering of the bank by providing insight into the retail business as a whole and the customer journey and possible operational improvements.
- Draft, develop, re-issue operational policies, procedures and protocols.
- Help manage operational / retail Audits and ensure compliance procedures are in place.
To be considered you will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years in a similar Retail /Commercial operations role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements around AML, Data Protection, Know-your-customer etc.
- Customer focussed approach to work
- Strong payment systems knowledge ideally (SARIE)
- Experience of using SWIFT and other international transfer systems.
