AUM-NNC Reporting Officer H/F

Mission

The new AUM-NNC Reporting Officer will be a member of department consisting of 3 persons in our Brussels office situated within the  Client Servicing Business Unit (9 persons in total). The AUM-NNC Reporting team provides all reportings relating to the Assets Under Management (158 Billion at the end of 2021) and the Inflows and Outflows in the different products Candriam manages, distributes or provide services for(Funds, Institutional Mandates, Overlay Services). The generated reports and dashboards provide an insight on evolution of the assets, the inflows and outflows as well on a product level as on a client level and any possible combination between both. The reports are provided to as well internal as external stakeholders.

The new AUM-NNC Reporting Officer will be part of an international team working in an international environment (Europe, US, Middle East, Latin-America,Asia) and will contribute to the generation of the recurrent, new and ad-hoc reports and dashboards, the evolution of the relevant dashboards as well as the future evolution of our reporting applications.

Responsabilities

As AUM-NNC Reporting Officer  at CANDRIAM, you will put your experience and economic/financial knowledge to use in our Brussels Office:

• Follow-up and monitoring of the Assets under Management, Gross Sales, Gross - Redemptions, Net New Cash and Market effect database
• Edition of daily reporting to management on AUM and NNC
• Edition of recurrent monthly reportings to management, regulators,   professional associations and other business units within Candriam
• Assistance in the edition of the ad hoc reporting to consultants, request for       proposals or information for prospects and/or clients,  …
• Enhancement and further automation of the reporting modules
• Development of new reporting axes & dashboards

Profile

• Graduate in Business, Finance or Mathematics
• Previous experiences in the banking sector or in asset management is a plus, especially related to a financial reporting function.
• Fluent in English and French, Dutch is a plus.
• Able to use office automation tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint),
• Experienced in VBA programming, Python and/or Power BI.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Synthetic and analytically minded, enterprising, with a demonstrable sense of initiative, team player.
• Marked interest in the financial markets, like to discover new companies, themes,….
