You will have to support the sales development of your area.

As a fresh graduate, you will follow an extensive training on our sales methods and a personal mentoring during your integration on the field.
You will be entrusted with:
- Overseeing business development for new key accounts (financial, banking, energy, telecommunication…) ;
- Gathering, maintaining and developing commercial leads;
- Business negotiations;
- Conducting applicant interviews;
- Signing contracts (clients and candidates);
- Understanding, analyzing and answering clients' request for Proposals together with our Practice Consultants and Country Manager;
- Striving to achieve your sales target and managing the relationship both with and between your clients and consultants (Dutch, French or English speaking);
- Being a driving force to develop our core values and promoting our fields of expertise;
- Working in collaboration with the HR department.
