The Real estate and Renewable lease sales team is composed jurists, economists, engineers who have developed in strong knowledge in their field of activities. The sales team is supported by a squad team with front officer, a client services and a legal dpt.
As an Account Manager in Renewable Energy for ING Lease you will also work in close cooperation with the ING Energy Sector and the Sustainable Finance team to jointly further build the renewable energy franchise of ING in the Belgian market.

Your key responsibilities
  • Realize the new production target from deal initiation up to notary deed signature and take care of existing portfolio customer requests. .

  • Structure the renewable energy asset lease transactions by preparing quotes, discuss it with customers and advisors in follow up meetings and negotiate contracts (customers essentially managed in the Midcorp segment). You will evaluate the projects, prepare the credit package, evaluate risks and present the files for approval in committees in coordination with colleagues Relationship Managers from ING Bank

  • build expertise in the continuous evolution of the sustainable, circular economy and renewable energy matters (technical, tax, legal, markets trends, ... ) in close cooperation with the Energy Sector team.

  • an interest in face to face customer relationship and problem solving
    and you hold :
  • A Master Degree in business management, economics, law or engineering,
  • 5 year experience, preferably in a BtB sales and finance environment
  • Knowledge in Financing and/or Renewable energy
  • Skills in modelling and excel
  • NL, FR, EN and good interpersonal skills
