As a future Business Development Manager, you will report to Head of Distribution in Belgium, and you will be part of Architas busieness, affiliated to AXA IM.

One of the objectives of the AXA IM is to develop "Wealth Management" services.

Architas will target the affluent customer segment in collaboration with various group entities in Belgium and abroad.

Architas is positioned as a portfolio manager.

In this context, Architas must have a strong commercial and sales organization in order to develop his activities.

The BDM's major role is to work intensively together with the agents and brokers with the goal to make new clients for the discretionary portfolio management services of Architas.

He will recruit new broker/agents that work as client referrer to provide new leads for Architas' DPM services.

KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSABILITIES

Working with a broker network and be an ambassador in the agent/broker network for the services of Architas.
Needs analyses in order to determine the clients' risk profile
Establish a portfolio proposition
Being able to explain the macroeconomic environment, investment strategy, asset allocation and fund picking
Being able to give presentations on the portfolio management of APM
Understand and perform all risk & compliance controls required for your function as documented in our Policies & Procedures

Your Profile

Your qualifications and experience

Master or Bachelor economics or related degree or equivalent by experience (at least 5 years experience)

Minimum 5 years of experience,
Good knowledge of English

Your knowledges and skills
• Outstanding sales skills (we are looking for a hunter)
• Willingness to listen

• Teamplayer
• Good knowledge of the broker market is an asset
• Flemish speaking as mother language
