Compliance Consultant - AML / KYC

Tasks

• Supporting the preparation of internal compliance and FC related policies and procedures
• Monitoring and testing suspicious alerts and KYC files
• Advising the client facing team on compliance related queries and interpretation of AML / KYC topics (e.g. 6th AML Directive)
• Handling client acceptance and file reviews within different business lines
• Supporting firms in managing the significant changes in AML / KYC regulation
• Protecting customer interests and reporting of incidents and analysis
• Monitoring and recording of conduct concerns and breaches

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Law or Economics related field
• Good knowledge of the basic concepts and key regulatory changes
• Experience in a Compliance related topic is strongly advised
• Comfortable to manage ambiguity and ability to work autonomously is essential
• Innovative and proactive approach with a entrepreneurship mindset
• Great communication skills and fluent in Dutch, French, and English
