Your role& work environment

As a CustomerJourney Expert (CJE) for Customer Information Management, you are responsibleto ensure an efficient and customer-oriented harmonization of the CustomerInformation Management between Belgium and the Netherlands taking allrequirements and hazards into consideration. You will build innovative anddifferentiating experiences in customer onboarding processes.
You willenable ING to provide customers and employees real time online facilities toregister any new customer and maintain customer information and permissions.

Your key responsibilities
  • Workingtogether in self-steering teams with colleagues having different expertise
  • Acquiringprofound understanding of the market and our customers in order to createthe best possible offer and journeys for them
  • Beinginnovative by challenging existing trends and consider new developments inthe market
  • Defining andimplementing the strategy taking ING's priorities and customer'sexpectations into consideration
  • Managingcomplex projects and involving various stakeholders
  • Evaluatingour way of working with the aim to continuously improve
  • Ensuring anefficient communication via the different channels and touch points
  • Managing thecollaboration between the different stakeholders, and colleagues in other teamswith the aim to create even more added value to our customers
  • Understanding,challenging and being accountable for respecting business principles andexternal regulation
  • Translatingregulatory obligation in simple hassle free digital processes.
  • Turningregulatory constraints and obligations into digital opportunities to delightcustomer experience

  • Good projectmanagement and communications skills (ability to handle requests from A-Z,can-do mentality)
  • IT savviness:good general understanding on tooling/systems/processes
  • Experience,knowledgeable on KYC (know your customer) policies for financial institutionsis a must
  • Provenplanning and organizational skills. Project management experience is an asset.
  • Experiencewith digitalization of document flows is an asset
  • Agile skilled
  • Bachelor/Master degree, with 3 to 5 years' relevant experience
  • Fluent inEnglish and Dutch or French
