Your role & work environment

The Reporting Officer is responsible forsupporting the Managers, stakeholders, in delivering the requested managementand operation reporting. The Reporting officer will develop standard and ad hocreports per customer-request, as well as analyze consistently requested data elementsfor these reports. The officer will work with his customers an ongoingbasis in order to recognize data requests and identify standard reports thatcan provide the answer requested.
You will be working within the managementreporting team (part of the Financial Risk department), which manages allreporting activities such as portfolio monitoring activities, computation ofprovisions and any other reporting activity supporting the Senior Management.
Your key responsibilities
You will work on reporting areas such as:

  • creditportfolios for the bank's various segments
  • reportingfor Credit Watchlist, Regularisation, Restructuring & Recovery to supportsenior management
  • participationin reporting on Loan Loss Provisioning
  • reportingboth in the field of recurrent and ad-hoc reporting

You will create and generate reports on Credit Riskdata and activities:

  • Development,implementation, automation and execution of reports used in credit riskmanagement activities
  • identificationof the data in the different source systems and perform the calculations as perthe reporting requirement
  • generationof loan tapes as per requests from regulator within the defined deadline


You will perform in-depth and insightful analyses:
  • performanceof the necessary checks, including data quality checks, in order to validatethe report
  • identificationof trends in the underlying data
  • Analyzingand escalate issues identified during the data extraction or manipulation
  • executionof SOX controls related to loan loss provisioning activities and give supportto remediate on potential deficiencies

As a ReportingOfficer you will also need:
  • a Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent experience

  • atleast 2 years' experience in fields related to management reporting
  • anexcellent knowledge of reporting softwares such as Excel, Access (including VBA),Business Objects and SAS
