DQM Functional Analyst
What the position involves:
- You are responsible for the functional analysis for data/reports to be delivered in the context of regulatory banking and insurance reporting. Eg. FinRep, CoRep, Basel III Liquidity, ICAAP, etc..
- You need to analyze all intermediate steps from data gathering, over enrichment, over data calculation to reporting. This includes mappings towards the different databases (eg. to the FSDM Teradata data model, from the datawarehouse shared data model towards the different calculation (liquidity risk, ALM risk,..) and reporting engines (eg. WKFS regulatory reporting tool) and reports.
- You act in the specific IT landscape after a short acquaintance period and work with the business and IT processes.
- You understand high level how the financial products add up in these reports. Product knowledge is key in this phase.
- Depending on your knowledge & expertise & preference, you will be involved in one of the current projects (RAINBOW, IFRS9, Market Risk of the future,..) or in the important daily and monthly runs that need our full attention, so we can deliver qualitative reports, always in line with the internal and regulatory needs.

- Experience as a functional analyst in a financial setting
- Experience with regulatory reporting like FinRep, CoRep, Basel III Liquidity, ICAAP, etc..
- Experience in at least one of the product domains of Credits, Markets, Finance Reporting and Bank Accounting.
- Experience with PowerDesigner is a plus
- Experience with calculation engines like Wolter Kluwer Regpro is a plus
