We are looking for a Senior Helpdesk Engineer with fluent Dutch for one of our clients in Brussels.

Job requirements:

  • Demonstrable training with certification or equivalent through experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in involved technology
  • language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
  • Helpdesk employee 1st and 2nd line
  • Basic knowledge ITIL Service Support
  • General windows knowledge (1st and 2nd line)
  • General AD knowledge (1st and 2nd line)
  • Office + Office 365 (1st and 2nd line)
  • Basic knowledge of networks
  • good knowledge common office hard - and software - Knowledge MS Office Packages
  • can perform standard PC installations

Job duties:

• Providing services to end users within the own management in accordance with the ICT policy of the organization

• Installing and solving problems with software

• Installing and repairing hardware

• Regularly visits the various locations within the Client’s office in order to detect questions and problems

• User support for end users with complex network, system, or PC problems

• Manages, in consultation with the external partner, for all locations (including production units) of the Client’s office, both the fixed and wireless network in accordance with the central guidelines

• Coordinates and records all incidents and problems related to telephony and call center Providing services to end users within the own management in accordance with the ICT policy of the organization
