Our client is a global growth equity investor that looks to invest in companies with high growth potential in the late venture/early growth stage. They have an international outlook and invest across Asia, Western Europe and the United States. Typically, these companies are in the consumer & retail, digital transformation, education, and healthcare sectors. They are looking for an Associate to join their team based in Brussels.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assisting on execution of investments end-to-end from initial screening through due diligence and closing
- Actively support the monitoring of portfolio companies post-investment
- Sourcing new deal flow and building your network within the start-up space
YOUR PROFILE: - Initial training from a top-tier investment bank, strategy consultancy or Big4. Previous VC investment experience is also welcomed.
- Genuine interest in growth investing
- Demonstrated commitment to strong values and a high standard of work
- Both a team player and able to work independently
- Fluency in English is required. This position is open to international backgrounds and additional languages are a plus
