Job description

As a Process Management Officer, it will be your responsibility to improve processes. As such you will:

  • Define and analyze existing business models using process modeling techniques and methods
  • Manage end-to-end process description (AS IS and TO BE)
  • Reviewing and updating existing process descriptions, model data
  • Develop process strategies
  • Process governance
  • Process documentation and optimization 
  • Document management
  • Accurate reporting towards management
  • Coaching

Your Profile

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • You have strong technical writing skills
  • You have experience with process modeling techniques and methods
  • You have good expertise in MS Office
  • You have good experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Aris) and the creation of flow charts
  • Having a Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
  • You have experience in RObotics automation and daily Banking activities
  • You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are proactive, autonomous, critical minded, result oriented and client driven
