Your role & work environment

In collaboration with a Senior Project Manager, you will manage strategic projects in Leasing and Factoring, targeting professional clients, from Retail to Corporate. You role includes product design, features & process design, IT planning & prioritization, testing, user's training, follow-up go-live, incl. update of the procedures & possible process improvements.
You will work closely with different internal stakeholders: IT, Business (Sales & Ops), Credit Risk, IT Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance, Anti-Fraud. You will collaborate with external stakeholders (FinTechs).
As a Project Business Analyst you will report to the Manager Product & Project Management.

Your key responsibilities
Manage Projects from a End-to-End perspective

  • You elaborate the product design in collaboration with Sales, Ops & Risk.
  • You describe the to-be features and the to-be processes
  • You identify the main risks of the project and you mitigate them
  • You set-up a project roadmap in collaboration with IT; you manage pro-actively the roadmap in the course of the project
  • You set-up a test plan and coordinate the testing
  • You set-up a user's training plan and coordinate its execution
  • You manage the go-live of the project and you manage the aftercare of it

  • You get the right people together
  • You listen carefully and you asks the right questions in order to understand clearly the project goal and the desired project result
  • you care for an adequate & pro-active stakeholder management. You get the buy-in of the different stakeholders.

As a process manager you will also need:
  • a master degree or equivalent by experience.
  • a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management
  • knowledge in Lease & Commercial Finance is considered as a plus
  • a green belt certificate is an extra asset
  • to be fluent in Dutch or French with profound knowledge of English
  • to be have good communication skills but at the same time be able to work independently
  • to be able to put priorities amongst the different projects and specific tasks to be performed
