Your job

As a Sales (Senior) Manager you will be responsible to drive new business development opportunities focusing on Salesforce. You will take the lead in shaping client specific value propositions and proposals and you are responsible for pipeline origination and conversion.

You will do this by working collaboratively with clients, our partner network and internal Accenture teams. Subsequently, you will play a consultative role in the first phases of projects that are sold until the delivery and implementation teams are successfully up and running and in case it's needed remain involved as a strategic advisor to the client.

Your responsibilities will be:
  • Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at our large clients.
  • Develop relationships with sales/platform leadership and account execs to jointly engage in pre-sales and qualification activities.
  • Effectively engage with the C-suite to maintain their continued support of the propositions.
  • Use differentiators to shape unique propositions.
  • Influence client's selection process and evaluation criteria
  • Originate, shape and manage successful transition of the opportunity to the delivery team.
  • Originate the opportunity and manage from origination to pre-sales to sales pursuit.
  • Establish qualification and win strategy and power map.
  • Ensure a competitive advantage is maintained.
  • Could have focus on an Industry and knowledge about that Industry and support the Sales team in each country on how to sell with that knowledge.
  • Champion world-class Customer experience internally and externally.

Your background
  • Completed bachelor or master's degree, preferably in business, marketing, or technical fields.
  • 6-12 years of relevant work experience in similar fields in Sales, Salesforce or Adobe at an (creative / digital) agency or Services company.
  • Experience in Sales delivered to customers in the Benelux region.
  • You are used to Tech Platforms such as Salesforce and/or Adobe and you know what's needed to strategically advice a client.
  • An excellent track record in pipeline generation and pipeline conversion, including a strong network of relationships.
  • Excellent senior client stakeholder communication skills, structured, strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
  • You are fluent in English and French/Dutch
