System Engineer

Seeking a System Engineer Expert responsible for:

Primary Tasks:

Develop SCOM management packs for in-house apps using Visual Studio Authoring Extensions.
Install, configure, and maintain add-ons for seamless integration with SCOM, including Dynatrace, Grafana/Prometheus, Azure Cloud, E-view (Iseries), Openshift, and Db2 Data Management Console.
Create/improve Squared Up dashboards.
Provide knowledge transfer to teams.

Secondary Tasks:

Ensure quality assurance through documentation/reporting.
Solve problems and implement lessons learned.
Apply software dev best practices.

Technical Profile Requirements:

Expert in SCOM setup, configuration, and management.
Very good with SquaredUp dashboarding.
Proficient in developing SCOM management packs.
Define tech/non-tech monitoring requirements.
Broad understanding of infrastructure and application technologies.

Non-technical Profile Requirements:

Collaborate with a team of 75 engineers with diverse skills.
Manage multiple tasks/priorities.
Identify and implement process/application improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Quick learner, motivated self-starter.
Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork.

Methodology/Certification Requirements:

Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Advanced coursework in technical systems preferred.

Language Requirements:

Fluent in FR or NL; knowledge of ENG is important but not a barrier.
