Transformation Senior Consultant - Insurance Life Tasks - Perform Business Analysis on a Life Insurance underwriting process covering all dimensions: requirements, process, data and organization
- Work in close collaboration with clients to translate their strategy into news operating models
- Support actively clients in Operational Excellence driven projects and programs within insurance companies in order to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness (analysing existing processes, implementing adaptations and new processes using automation and new technologies)
- Champion client centricity at your insurance client. You help experiment with NPS, CES and CSAT scores in client facing life processes and propose short term vs long term improvements
- Support digital transformations by creating and combining business insights on clients, markets, products and processes
- Transform data into valuable insights, driven by your passion to make organisations move to a client-centric approach
- Create business cases and apply best-practice methodology to justify investments
- Develop industry knowledge and best practices, based on common frameworks and expertise

Qualifications - Master's degree in Economics, Business Management or Business Engineering
- Business Analysis, Process Management or Project Management certifications are a plus
- At least 3 years experience working in the Insurance sector (Life or P&C) as an employee or consultant
- Experience within some of the areas of Transformation: Project Business Case creation, Business Analysis, Solution Design, Development & Test, Change Management
- Experience with Insurance solutions like DXC, ALIP, Oracle or others
- Excellent communication skills in English as well as either Dutch or French
- Broad range of interests and eager to combine knowledge to build solutions
