Analyst, Equity Research - China Property

Our client, a market leader in its industry with a strong presence in Asia, is seeking an Analyst, Equity Research to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 2 to 6 years' of equity research experience within the China Property sector.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth industry and company analysis across the designated sector
• Build, maintain and update company forecast and valuation models
• Analyze market share, trends, and sector data
• Conduct statistical analysis of economic data
• Update monthly reports and marketing presentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder with a minimum of 2 to 6 years' of equity research experience with a focus on the China Property sector
• Impeccable interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge in designated sector and current market conditions
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
