The Division's traders, quantitative researchers, and salesforce collaborate to deliver innovative products and world-class content that drive differentiated investment ideas and comprehensive solutions for the Firm's global Institutional clients.
Primary Responsibilities The Delta1 Sales team provides coverage and access to Morgan Stanley Stanley's world-class synthetic financing platform and equity derivatives solutions. We are looking for inquisitive, enterprising, and proactive individuals to join our growing distribution strategy. This role offers exposure to global equities market, an extensive array of derivatives products, and opportunity to interface with the world's top-performing active discretionary fund managers and leading financial institutions.
Primary Responsibilities: - Account coverage and client relationship management - provide timely market color, synthetic financing solutions, delta1 product education, trading recommendations, and relevant regulatory updates
- Execution and real-time order handling - across index, baskets, swaps, notes, warrants and ETFs trading
- Client balances and wallet share monitoring - match coverage intensity and resource allocation with account profitability and growth trajectory
- Content creation and trade origination - leverage the Morgan Stanley platform and available resources to promote the exchange of tradable ideas and monetizable strategies
- Product innovation and new business development - engineer new product mandate and source new revenue streams
- Collaboration and cross-selling with Prime Brokerage, Stock Lending, Equities and Execution Services teams - optimize client experience and maximize revenue potential
- Scope of institutional client coverage - depending on the candidate's profile, skillset and suitability, the coverage may include equity long/short hedge funds, Quant managers, multi-manager platforms, sovereign wealth funds, long-onlys, university endowments, pension funds and asset owners.
