Assistant manager -Compliance & Risk Management
Responsibilities:
- 3 - 4 months contract position in Compliance and Risk Management Department
- maintain and review company's manual, procedures and practices to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- perform data cleansing and maintain regulatory documentation
- conduct counterparty and client due diligence due diligence
- Prepare regular internal and/or external reports
- perform ad hoc assignments as instructed by the Team Leader and other team members
- Holder of law degree from a local or overseas university
- Read and write Chinese and has strong English writing skills
- At least 1-2 years of work experience
- Good organization skills and attention to details
