Our client is one of the leading investment bank in Hong Kong. With their expanding business, they are now seeking for a C&B Specialist/Analyst, who can perform C&B functions and conduct C&B Surveys and reports to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
Perform full spectrum of C&B functions such as payroll, MPF, taxation, annual performance review, annual salary and bonus review, annual budgeting, C&B benchmarking and other rewards related duties
Participate in C&B market survey and conduct regular review
Prepare various HR related reports and data analysis for management review
Formulate and review C&B policies and provide practical and professional advice and guidance to business and HR team members
Carry out ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by department head
Main Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in HR Management or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years experience in C&B operation
Analytical, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
