Corporate Access Coordinator - Asia
An opportunity has arisen for you to join our Corporate Access team in Hong Kong.
We are now seeking for a Corporate Access Coordinator to join our Corporate Access team based in our Hong Kong Office. You will be responsible for managing Roadshow and Conference events from conception through to completion which will include drafting invitations and arranging travel/accommodation such as flights, group transportation, hotel books, visa applications and more for management of Corporates. You will also help with booking meeting venues (internal and external), confirming full arrangements and organising audio-visual equipment when required. Aside from arranging conference calls and production and delivery of presentation material, you may also have to do on-site management of events where necessary.
Additional responsibilities will include providing logistical coordination and execution of all Asian Corporate roadshows working in conjunction with the Sales, Analyst & Investment Banking teams. You will help with the maintenance of Macquarie's contact relationship management system and shared events calendars as well as collaborate with vendors and other business areas regarding implementation & enhancement of new systems. Internally you will be working with the Corporate Access desk, Research Analysts and Sales desk to communicate status of events and establish priorities, and externally you will work with vendors to book travel and arrange materials and logistics of the roadshow. You will be collaborating with global Corporate Access desk on deliverables and content for clients and pitch materials as well as creating and maintaining all roadshow materials (including invitations, company schedules, investor profiles and feedback documents). At times you will be assist with Special Projects to support evolving platforms and work closely with Sales to collate investor feedback. You will require to work with senior member of the team on data management, corporate access reports and any adhoc corporate access reporting.
To be successful in this role, you will have gained a few years of pervious experience within Corporate Access/Investment Banking environment. You have excellent organisation, written and oral communication and administrative skill and acute attention to detail. You're advanced in Microsoft Office skills like Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You not only have the ability to use initiative and forward plan, but you can also multi-task and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines while managing a large number of projects running concurrently. You remain calm under pressure and is able to think ahead. You are an enthusiastic and motivated team player and willing to be flexible in working long hours where necessary.
