ESG Specialist, Securities Broker

A leading international Securities Broker is seeking an ESG Specialist to join their team. Reporting directly to the Global Head of ESG, this is a great opportunity for someone with a minimum of 3 years' of experience in Environmental, Social, Governance within the Banking and/or Financial Services sector.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the firm's Environmental, Social and Governance efforts across the region
• Support ESG communications effort internally and externally
• Provide guidance on ESG related frameworks and KPIs, and explore innovative social and green products
• Manage internal and external ESG stakeholders
• Drive education and awareness around environmental and social risk, and the implementation of the firm's ESG framework

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder with a minimum of 3 to 8 years' of experience in Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG), preferably within the Banking and/or Financial Service sector
• Knowledge of existing and evolving opportunities linked to ESG and Sustainability
• ESG related qualifications would be essential
• Impeccable interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong conceptual and critical thinking skills; able to identify and assess key issues rather than simply filtering and reprocessing information
