Fusion Bank Limited (“Fusion Bank”) is a licensed virtual bank in Hong Kong and a joint venture between Tencent Holdings Limited, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, Hillhouse Capital and renowned Hong Kong entrepreneur Mr. Adrian Cheng (invested via investment entity – Perfect Ridge Limited), each bringing unique expertise, experience and insight to the partnership. 

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the strategy planning for the virtual bank, assist in business analysis and propose actionable business plans to drive the business operations of the virtual bank.
• Support the implementation of cross-departmental projects.
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments as required. 

Requirements: 

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, including but not limited to experience in consulting, business analysis, project management and financial PR, preferably with prior experience in banking and financial PR industry.
• University graduate or above. 
• Fluent in both oral and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English communication.
• High adaptability and ability to work independently.
• A good team player and helpful.
• Immediately available is an advantage.
