Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities - Gather and document user requirements, perform data profiling, analysis and metadata-driven ingestion of structured and unstructured data
- Design, develop and deploy end to end analytics solutions using open source ML technology stack such as Sparkola, CDSW, PySpark, Spark MLlib, SciKit, Tensorflow, Pandas, Matplotlib etc
- Build CICD (Jenkins) practice to manage models for quick experimentation and feedback loop
- Design and develop data friendly operational reports / dashboards and present to non-analytics users and senior management
- Work with technology partners to deploy completed models across different channels, customer and back office platforms to deliver business impact to the organization
- Perform ongoing model retraining
- Maintain and advance deep technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights, and share within the technical community
Requirement - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, Statistics, Engineering or related disciplines with min. 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent problem solving, advanced analytic and data manipulation skills
- Experience in SDLC framework
- Familiar with big data technologies such as Spark, Hive and relational databases
- Familiar with machine learning framework and different tasks performed during the modelling process. In-depth understanding of data processing, wrangling and feature engineering techniques
- Possess technical mindset, great attention to detail, and a 'can-do' attitude
- A team player with good time-management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
