My Client, a retail bank based in Bristol is looking for a project manager to work within it's property and capital projects team.

The is an exciting time to join the organisation with the key responsibilities being:

• Overseeing consultants, constructors and project stakeholders to ensure effective completion of projects, successfully delivering projects in line with all stakeholder expectations
• Ensuring the maintenance of programmes and all end-to-end activities are completed within agreed milestones
• Providing subject matter expertise to support the success of the wider project scope
• Architecture and engineering experience are a distinct advantage
• Working with wider teams to define programmes and delivery methodology as part of the of the over-arching business cases and plans
• Problem solving to plan, estimate and resolve procurement issues within construction and design activities

As a result, my client is looking for the following experience:

• Significant experience within the Property/ real estate industry
• Significant Project Management Experience
• Strong Business Transformation Experience, preferably agile.
• Agility, Enthusiasm and Ambition, people that will bring a fresh perspective to the team"
• Third Party/Vendor Management - they will be project managing teams of consultants
• Able to demonstrate commercial acumen and control budgets
• Is a competent user of Office 365 and advanced knowledge of MS Project & MS Excel
• Location Strategy
