Executive Compensation Analyst

Morgan McKinley are working with multinational retail company based in North West London recruiting for an Executive Compensation Analyst/ Specialist within the Reward Team. This is an interim position for 7 months

Key Accountabilities and specifications:

• Have Executive Compensation experience.
• Have a thorough understanding of compensation and the issues affecting reward structures
• Experience of Directors Reporting Regulation and reporting correctly on it.
• Complex Senior Bench marking
• CEO Pay ratio's
• LTIP and share package renumeration knowledge
• Strong presentation and communication experience, preferably to the RemCo.
