Fund Oversight and Supplier Manager - Investment Management - 9 month FTC Our client is a well know name in the Investment Management sector. They are looking for an Oversight Relationship Manager to govern the relationship with their key Fund Administration relationships.
The role will Build & maintain the organisations mission critical supplier relationships namely those supplying Middle and Back Office Investment administration and enhance and maintain Critical Supplier governance framework which includes.

- SLAs, KPIs & KRIs monitoring
- Incident Management
- Governance meetings including Service and Change meetings
- Due diligence visits
- Contractual & Commercial reviews
- Develop a strategic roadmap with Critical Suppliers to deliver enhancements/benefits to TPI
- Maintain and develop Gatekeeper application including working with vendor to deliver product enhancements
- Support Legal Team with contract and commercial agreements
- Identify and implement service/operating model improvements with Critical Suppliers
- Act as the primary escalation point for Critical Suppliers
- Manage the incident and escalation process with Critical Suppliers
- Manage any performance remediation activities with Critical Suppliers
- Produce internal MI on Critical Supplier performance
- Risk assess Critical Suppliers with the Supplier Management & Operational Risk teams
- Support the joint change process with Critical Suppliers
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Over 10 years' experience within the Investment Management industry
- Extensive experience of managing large client/supplier relationships
- Experience and knowledge of outsourced operational and Middle Office services
- Detailed knowledge of Risk methodologies and experience of applying them to third party relationships
- Ability to analyse and assess Supplier services with a view to developing and enhancing the relationship
- Knowledge of Cyber/Data protection in relation to 3rd parties
- Ability to work across teams in a business and manage stakeholders effectively
