Our client is a specialised mid-market investor that targets investment opportunities across Europe taking a sector-agnostic approach. It is looking to grow the London team, focussed on investing in mid-market businesses in the UK that contribute towards positive environmental change. The team is small, dynamic, and by nature more entrepreneurial. What the job involves

Our client is looking for an ambitious and hands-on individual to join the team in London. You can expect to take on a high level of responsibility from the outset and be involved in all aspects of the deal process, from initial screening and evaluation, through to execution.

• Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
• Take specific responsibility for workstreams, and run parts of a transaction
• Work actively with the portfolio post-acquisition

Who we are looking for

• Previous investment experience from a private equity firm with exposure to the UK mid-market
• Strong interpersonal and team working skills and an ability to thrive in a small team environment. Able to learn quickly and engage with external parties confidently
