We are now looking for a new Resourcer to help fill jobs that our existing (or new) clients are giving to us. After full training as to the nuances of Anti Money Laundering, Compliance and other relevant roles, a senior Consultant will review all CVs for you as to their suitability for the roles, then you will discuss with the candidate, send to the client, arrange any interviews, process the feedback, and organise job offers.
At the same time, you will be encouraged to follow up leads yourself with a view to becoming a full 360 Recruitment Consultant with training from the most knowledgeable in the business in this ever-growing & secure sector of the recruitment market, as well as attend industry conferences & networking events.
NB, we don’t set KPIs or targets nor micromanage but once trained, leave you to get on with it but with support whenever needed.
You should have at least 12 months agency experience of handling the full candidate experience as above for Accounting, Financial Services or Legal roles. You must also have a committed work ethic and an empathy with dealing with people. NB Fully office based (otherwise can’t learn from experienced colleagues) in a very pleasant & friendly office (including on site free gym) within a 5 min walk from Bank, Moorgate & Liverpool St stations.
