Itiviti is a market-leading OMS provider in the FinTech industry, offering our clients complete solutions in trading and connectivity. We are looking for a Client Success Manager/Technical Account Manager to join our team in London.

In this role, you will be part of an elite account management & support team, resolving client issues, building client relationships, and contributing to our customers’ success. Our team members use in-depth understanding of customer needs and deep product knowledge to support all aspects of the client experience, with its ramifications in client onboarding, implementation, maintenance and support for our Agency and Principal Trading platforms.

The Client Success Manager/Technical Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring support, and coordinates product releases. The Client Success Manager strongly contributes to the client relationship and overall client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Be the point of contact for our clients and an entry point for: support, implementation, change requests, account tracking, etc.
  • Ensure rigorous management of allocated accounts: create, manage and follow up tickets, assign requests to the right person (technical experts, product team, sales, etc.) and qualify them properly
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for continuous improvement of our services
  • Operational management: organize account reviews, on-site visits, etc.
  • Promote new features, new products, latest updates to our customers
  • Enforcement of the Service Level Agreement

Your profile

  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Client Management skills
  • Autonomy
  • Ability to communicate at any level (traders, top management, project management, providers, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Functional Skills front office (trading tools, market connectivity, etc.) appreciated
