We are working with a top-tier global Private Bank in London that is looking for a Real Estate Lending Specialist. The successful candidate is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business.
The role
- An experienced lending product specialist and Credit Officer within the Investment Finance business, with direct client coverage responsibility
- Dealing with Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions.
- Self-starter, but working within a team dedicated to the origination and underwriting of Real Estate (Residential and Commercial) loan facilities but there will also be exposure to the entire Lending product range, as required.
- Marketing and sale of the full Product range, including client calling and account planning in partnership with Private Bankers
- Maximize revenue generation whilst achieving at least minimum return targets ensuring responsible lending growth
- Understand and anticipate U/HNW clients' needs, following up with effective products and financial solutions
Knowledge/Experience
- Strong and proven analytical, financial structuring and execution skills
- Extensive experience as a Credit Officer
- Good knowledge of financial markets, investments, banking and loan products
- A team player
- Financial and cash flow modelling
- CeMAP is not required but is advantageous.
