DWS are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a major enterprise transformation program, playing a key role in shaping and improving integration and data capabilities across a complex technology environment.

This position is ideally suited to a Business Analyst who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent stakeholder engagement and consulting skills. You will work closely with both business and technology teams to understand challenges, define requirements, facilitate solution discussions, and support the successful delivery of integration-focused initiatives.

Type : Max Term Contract

Salary: Up to $200,000 package (including super), depending on experience!
Location: Brisbane CBD
Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months

About You:

You are a technically capable Business Analyst who can confidently bridge the gap between business and technology teams. You have a strong understanding of enterprise integration concepts and can engage in meaningful discussions around architecture, data movement and system connectivity while remaining focused on business outcomes. A background in mining or heavy industry organisations highly regarded.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within large and complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Services and integration delivery methodologies.
• Experience working across Azure-based integration landscapes, including integration platforms and cloud-native services.
• Broad exposure to:
  • Data integration environments
  • API-led integration architectures
  • Point-to-point integrations
  • Enterprise application integration patterns
• Ability to analyse and document end-to-end business processes, system interactions and data flows.
• Strong requirements elicitation, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working closely with solution architects, developers and technical delivery teams.
• Excellent communication, consulting and relationship-building capabilities.

Highly Desirable

• Experience working within the mining sector.
• Understanding of operational technology environments and the unique technology challenges faced by mining organisations.
• Exposure to large-scale digital transformation, integration modernisation or enterprise platform programs.
