An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced M&A Integration Programme
Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile post-acquisition integration
programme.

Working closely with executive leadership, you'll establish and lead the Integration
Management Office (IMO), coordinating multiple business workstreams to deliver a
successful integration programme.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end integration programme.
• Establish the Integration Management Office (IMO).
• Develop Day 1, Day 30, Day 100 and stabilisation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional business workstreams.
• Manage programme governance, RAID logs and executive reporting.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings.
• Manage programme risks, dependencies and issues.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across executive leadership.
• Support business readiness, change management and communications.
• Track integration benefits and programme outcomes.

Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years' Programme or Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading M&A integration programmes.
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience establishing programme governance frameworks.
• Excellent portfolio, programme and risk management capability.
• Experience coordinating multiple business workstreams.
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent preferred.
