We're seeking for an experienced Change Manager to join a leading financial services organisation and support a significant portfolio of regulatory and business transformation initiatives.
Your new role
This role will be aligned to key streams across Home Claims, Motor Claims and Regulatory Enablement, with a strong focus on regulatory initiatives, complaints management improvements and customer-focused process change.
Working alongside an established Change team, you'll lead end-to-end change activities including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption strategies. You'll partner closely with business leaders to ensure successful implementation of initiatives that improve customer outcomes, regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a Change Manager role, ideally in Financial Services
- Proven experience leading end-to-end change initiatives
- Experience delivering regulatory or compliance-driven change
- Insurance or claims experience highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities
- 6-month contract
- Day rate: $900 - $950 + super
- Location: Sydney or Brisbane
- Hybrid working arrangements (2-3 days in office)
- Be part of a supportive team and contribute to meaningful transformation initiatives
