The Role

• Lead the planning and delivery of a range of events, including client events, product launches, partner activations, internal functions, and industry conferences.
• Manage events end-to-end, from concept development and scheduling through to execution and post-event reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, leadership, and external vendors to ensure every event runs smoothly.
• Develop event plans, run sheets, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Source and manage venues, suppliers, catering, production, and event logistics.
• Support brand presence by creating engaging event experiences that reflect the company's values and market position.
• Track event performance, gather feedback, and provide insights and recommendations for future improvements.
• Ensure all events are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

About You

• You have proven experience in an Event Manager or similar events role, ideally within a corporate, technology, or fast-moving commercial environment.
• You're highly organised and confident managing multiple projects at once without losing attention to detail.
• You bring strong stakeholder management skills and can build effective relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
• You're comfortable working across strategy and hands-on delivery, and you enjoy seeing ideas come to life.
• You have solid budgeting, negotiation, and vendor management experience.
• You're a proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and can adapt quickly when priorities shift.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in IT, software, SaaS, or B2B environments will be highly regarded.
