e-Banking Professional (Online Banking Development)
Responsibilities
- Formulate and manage online channel development projects with an aim to deliver best-in-class product selection, features and usability
- Support to streamline and review existing online process for the Bank’s products and services
- Manage online channel projects to ensure timely and quality project deliverables which is complied with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on the projects
- Implementation and service launch
- Identify business potential and lead channel quality assurance planning & execution for the best service quality and usability
- Manipulate online channel maintenance, support and operations tasks
- Follow-up online channel related production problems
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, e-Banking, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years' experience in e-Banking / channel project management gained from sizable multi-national financial institutions
- Strong leadership, project management, people and communication skills with the ability to motivate others to strike for excellence
- Keen interest in financial technologies and trends
- Self-motivated, result oriented, meticulous and able to work under pressure
- Sound knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements on e-Banking
- Sound knowledge of banking products and operations will be an advantage
- Proficient in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
