Role Overview

Lead the enterprise Power Platform strategy, governance, operating model, and adoption roadmap across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse. Drive secure, scalable, and compliant low-code solutions while establishing best practices, standards, and a Center of Excellence (CoE).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the Power Platform strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.

• Establish environment strategy, ALM processes, deployment standards, and platform operating model.

• Lead implementation and management of the Power Platform CoE and citizen developer program.

• Define DLP policies, security controls, compliance standards, and platform guardrails.

• Drive adoption of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.

• Establish CI/CD and release management standards using Azure DevOps and Power Platform Pipelines.

• Provide architecture oversight and ensure scalability, reliability, and supportability of solutions.

• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify automation and AI opportunities.

• Monitor platform health, usage, licensing, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

10+ years in Microsoft technologies with 5+ years in Power Platform; expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio; strong experience with CoE Starter Kit, DLP, environment governance, ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Entra ID, enterprise integrations, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Functional Consultant Expert, Azure Administrator, or Azure Solutions Architect.
