Who we are looking for
Amundi has an opening for a Junior Support Analyst VIE to join our growing team in Dublin. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply their existing technical skills to the support of trade management and execution activities within Europe's largest Asset Manager.
Why this role is important to us
The Application Support team provides day-to-day assistance for end-users of ALTO - Amundi's internally developed investment platform, now also used by over 50 external clients globally.
What you will be responsible for
• Providing 1st level application support for production issues from initial contact through to resolution and documentation, including root-cause identification and preventative action, collaborating with business users and technology teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Using incident/problem management/prioritisation skills in the support of critical Investment business processes from Order management, Trading to Decision support and Portfolio management.
• Processing user requests for application access and authorisation.
• Helping to onboarding new clients onto the OMS, Trading, PMS and Risk modules of the ALTO platform.
• Document and optimize the support activity.
• Provide end-user training, where necessary.

• Fluency in English
• Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate with business and development teams on both functional and technical topics.
• Ability to work as part of a team, but also independently on own initiative, once trained.
• Ability to work on both project and business-as-usual activities simultaneously.
