Our client, a growing banking group, are hoping to hire an experienced Retail Banking professional to oversee their retail branches across the Emilia-Romagna region.

This will be an integral managerial position for the bank. This role will focus on:

  • Marketing
  • Developing the digital banking system 
  • Product development 
  • Managing the commercial network of the retail banks

This is a senior position in the bank and you would be reporting directly into the CEO/General Manager of the bank. Our client are looking for a professional who is experienced with retail banking proceedures with a strong leaning to commercial activity and product development.
