Job Description
As a Business Controller, you will:

• Play a key role in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly control cycles
• Create clear financial reports for management and shareholders
• Support strategic decision-making and business case development
• Drive performance analysis and improvement initiatives
• Identify and address company financial risks and ensure compliance

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business control and/or financial analysis
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Netsuite)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to connect financial and non-financial data with business strategy
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
