The role is a great opportunity to join a growing company who are looking to utilise the current market to expand their portfolio and grow their AUM.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with the CEO in setting and driving the company's vision and operational strategy.
  • Contribute to organisational wide leadership on strategy, business modelling, as well as operational effectiveness and transformation.
  • Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement company wide goal setting, performance management, and operational planning.
  • Maintain and improve on processes so that investors continue to receive exceptional levels of client servicing.
  • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, maintaining a highly inclusive culture. Ensuring team members thrive and company objectives are met.
  • Analyse internal operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop metrics to evaluate operational performance in line with company objectives. Implement a process of continuous improvement based on these metrics, company changes and external changes.
  • Maintain and build trusted relationships with key professional firms and suppliers to ensure the best service levels and value for money are achieved.
  • Board reporting on our operational performance, people and organisational issues.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5 years experience at a director or senior management level in a real estate or finance firm
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Track record of delivering organisational goals and change
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff
  • Ability to manage change effectively
  • Ability to manage external contracts
  • Strong experience of board and investor reporting.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent business writing skills.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
