Morgan McKinley are recruiting for Financial Services Recruiters to work as part of an RPO onsite at a leading investment bank. It is a permanant role based in Canary Wharf paying up to £65k depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with both Hiring Managers and HR, acting as a trusted advisor to the business
- Develop end-to-end recruitment strategies which align with the business long term requirements
- Working with hiring managers develop the sourcing strategy for each role/business unit
Position Requirements What we need from you:
- Previous experience managing 360 recruitment process for a Financial Services organisation
- Experience of developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements
- Experience of working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs
