Pricing & Product Excellence Lead

Eames are partnered exclusively with a leading personal lines insurer who are looking to establish a pricing excellence team at group level.

You'll work across 5 entities, outlining group wide pricing methodologies and the approach towards technical product design. This will involve partnering with the product and underwriting teams to support the launch of disruptive products, tailored to each local entity.

The ideal candidate has a strong background personal lines pricing, preferably within competitive landscapes such as home or motor. Exposure to the European market would be an advantage but not a necessity.
