A leading Lloyd's Broker is seeking an experienced Senior Cargo Broker Support professional to join its established Marine team.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with brokers, underwriters, and clients, supporting the placement and servicing of Cargo business across both new and renewal accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing technical and administrative support to Cargo Brokers
• Producing and processing MRC Slips, Endorsements, and other market documentation
• Preparing accurate submission and placement documentation for the London Market
• Liaising with underwriters, clients, and internal stakeholders throughout the broking process
• Managing renewals and mid-term adjustments
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Supporting the effective use of PPL and London Market systems
Requirements:
• Previous experience within a Cargo broking support, broker support, or technician role
• Strong knowledge of Cargo insurance and the London Market
• Proven experience creating and processing MRC Slips and Endorsements
• Experience using PPL/e-Placement systems
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
