The client ideally is looking for the following. Years of experience can vary.
- In depth core Java development experience. Writing efficient low latency code and multi-threading
- Worked in the Front Office facing off to the business – preferably FX but will consider other asset class experience such as - Equities or Fixed Income
- Agile practice/methodology
